Foyer provides a 1/2 bath and large stairs to Master suite and full bath, beverage cooler/coffee station, desk area w printer and loft with twin/extra mattress for older kid/adult use. Upstairs is Fireplace, a Smart TV, large U shaped couch and gorgeous views overlooking the water and dock, work desk, loft beverage cooler and full bath, shared with the master suite.
