We are superhosts and have been for 8 years!! Our 3bd/3ba modern home is in Akumal a quaint fishing village located 25 minutes south of Playa del Carmen and 15 minutes north of Tulum. The beach and beach club are a one minute walk from our house. Relax on the private patio overlooking lush greenery. Return indoors to a vibrant and exuberantly decorated house built for fun and relaxation. Explore local cenotes; go on jungle adventures and immerse yourself in the local culture! The space We love Mexican artisans, crafts and colors! Our home is almost entirely decorated with local crafts and furnishings and is definitely influenced by Mexico's iconic Frida Khalo. The house is a 3 story 3 bed/3 bath town house in the Tao Ocean community of Akumal. Akumal is located halfway between Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, and is an hour and 15 minutes away from the Cancun airport. There is a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator... everything you need to make yourself at home. The only thing you need to bring is your swimsuit! Guest access Entire house! Other things to note Across the street (literally steps away) is the Jungle Fish Beach Club Restaurant. Enjoy fresh fish and lobster caught daily and prepared to your taste then go for a dip in the pool or the ocean. Release your inner zen with daily, complimentary yoga classes at the Tao Wellness Center across the freeway in the jungle side (5 minute car-ride away).
