Overlooking large freshwater canal with huge deck overlooking the canal and a separate floating dock with 2 large kayaks for use in the open water. 14' ceilings in the living areas, LED lighting throughout entire home and custom reverse osmosis water system for fresh and clean water in the entire house hold. Very close to down town Cape Coral, less than 3 minute drive from multiple restaurants and grocery stores and very short ride to multiple beautiful beaches. Less than 5 miles away from large water park. Oversized driveway and custom built full kitchen outside on the pool deck. Entire property is fully fenced in. Porcelain tile throughout entire house, no carpet. Pool accessible bathroom. Ceiling fans in every room. Walk in pantry in the kitchen. TVs in every room inside the house to include a TV outside on the pool deck. No pets permitted. 5 minutes from Pine Island. Guest access Entire house is fully accessible except for the garage and 1 closet inside of the house that will remain locked for owners belongings. Garage can be made available if requested. Other things to note Ring camera system on the front exterior of the house near both fence/gate entrances, garage and front door. No cameras inside the house and no cameras in the back yard. 2 bunk beds in home for kids aged up to 11 years old only. Max weight limit on bunk beds is 125 pounds per kid.
