The space Sunny Days Estate comfortably sleeps 10 with two living areas (including cable TV), modern kitchen, laundry, two outdoor patio spaces, 34 by 18 ft. pool, hot tub, a swing set, lawn games, and a natural gas barbeque. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and amenities. Other things to note Annual Fish Fly Season - Approximately last 2 weeks of June During the last two weeks of June, Fish Flies converge on Kingsville. To reduce swarms during the evening and night, please turn off external lights and close all curtains. POOL WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY By booking and staying at this Airbnb property, all guests, including any invitees, acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of the swimming pool: 1. Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using or near the pool. 4. Health & Safety Requirements: o All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. o No running, diving, or horseplay is permitted in or around the pool area. o Guests must exercise reasonable caution and adhere to all posted rules and guidelines. 5. Pool Conditions: The Host/Owner makes no guarantees regarding pool temperature, weather conditions, or ongoing availability. The pool may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, cleaning, or weather-related issues, and no refunds will be issued for periods of non-use. 6. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and/or Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the pool by themselves or any individuals in their party.
