The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is 644 sqft. It is a two story home (2nd floor is a loft) on a flat lot, with 2 steps to entrance door. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Living room that opens to the deck & backyard, dining room, bedroom with full size bed, bathroom with shower + tub combo • Second Floor: Loft area with queen bed **Home Highlights** • Tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind • Relaxing deck space with seating, bbq, fire pit • Smart TV & Internet for streaming • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Fully stocked kitchen with both Keurig pods coffee machine & regular coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, drinkware, cookware & servingware Guest access Guest will have access to the entire place. Other things to note **About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation. • Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban.
