Tan Y Fron, Penrhyn Bay, Conwy, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The space The living space consists of; open-plan living area with kitchen. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight. Sitting room with TV, second sitting room with TV and electric fire. Utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms consist of; king-size with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, first floor twin zip-link (can be set up as super-king-size on request) and twin attic room, bathroom with clawfoot bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Child friendly property wit; highchair, travel cot and 2 stairgates on request. Outside is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. One small well behaved dog welcome (must be kept downstairs). Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Ladder stairs to the second floor are not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. Polite Note: No stag / hens / parties.
