Beautiful spacious, quiet and centrally located attic apartment with large kitchen-living room, living room, bedroom and bathroom near the town center and the moated castle of Gemen. The moated castle and the center of Gemen are within walking distance. The bakery with breakfast service is about 3 minutes away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage and charged if necessary. The car is parked right in front of the house on the street. Other things to note Our apartment is located in the attic of a two-family house. From the staircase you enter the hallway of the apartment around which all other rooms are arranged. In the hallway, there is a spacious wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. Directly opposite the apartment entrance is the spacious bathroom with bathtub and washer-dryer. If you go further down the hall, on the left is the small bedroom with a small double bed and a single bed. Opposite is the large and well-equipped kitchen-living room with storage room. At the end of the hall is the living room, which extends over the entire width of the house. There is a cozy sitting area with a smart TV opposite, two workstations and a guest bed. From the living room you can access the balcony with two chairs and a dining table.
