The living area and bedroom TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the bathroom. A starter supply of toilet paper is also provided. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are provided. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig is provided; we provide a starter set of k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Free laundry is available onsite; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. You'll have access to a garage stall during your stay! $50 per month pet fee per dog. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entirety of the apartment, the basement for the washer and dryer, the general shared hallway space in the building, a garage stall, the driveway and yard space. Other things to note This unit is in an apartment building that does allow pets, so you may hear or come across other guests with their pets in common areas.
