The Clifton

Welcome to The Clifton! This adorable duplex is nestled right in the heart of south city St. Louis, with everything you need from fantastic restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and major highway access that are all less then a 5 minute drive. This neighborhood has perfect walkability to grab a coffee or stroll up the street to one of the many restaurants. This neighborhood is super safe, and the location is top notch! The space **For one night minimums please send a message as they may be considered Inside you will find three bedrooms with queen sized beds, all designed around comfort and convenience. In the upstairs living area, there is a futon that pulls into a twin bed, complete with all the necessary bedding to make it a lovely night's sleep. Our dining room is equipped with tons of fun cocktail glasses to enjoy a drink before you go out or to plan a fun night in. The galley style kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to cook for your friends or family. A simple but sweet coffee bar is provided for your enjoyment to get your days started. In our lower level we have another living space that has all the vibes-including a bar cart, TV, and plenty of seating to host a night in. The lower level is also complete with another pullout couch that turns into a full size bed and is also complete with the necessary bedding. In the unfinished part of the basement you will find the washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. Outside there is a beautifully lit gazebo to enjoy your dinner, breakfast, or have some drinks before or after you go exploring. An electric grill is also provided! We are located about 5 miles from downtown, where you can catch the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, or our brand new soccer stadium that houses the St. Louis FC. We are even closer to Forest Park (a.k.a. the "Jewel of the City") that includes the Art Museum, History Museum, and nationally ranked St. Louis Zoo! Guest access Please keep in mind this is a duplex, so please keep noise to a minimum! Guests will have access by keypad on the front door of the unit. Other things to note There is a handicap accessible ramp leading into the back door.
