Guests are required to do the following: 1. Provide Government ID of the guest (lead guest only) and car(s) registration to us via whatapp 48 hours prior to check in (in case of late booking - immediately upon booking confirmation). We will help to register with Management. 2. Upon check in - please register with the guard. 3. Key collection will be facilitated by my brother (who will whatapp you) 1 night prior to check in 4. Car entrance will be assisted by the guard based on guest and car(s) registered. No additional car park allocation will be provided. (FYI 1 car park for studio unit and 2 car parks for 2 bedroom and above) As this enhanced Safety and Security measures are newly introduced, it may require enhancement from time to time to suit practicality and will be subject to change. We do expect some teething challenges at the at first and feedback the Management along the way.
