Functional and compact suite in a prime and central region of Belo Horizonte with excellent cost-benefit, close to several shops. Guest access Shared areas: Entrance hall, living room, second floor balcony of the house, part of the backyard of the house. During your stay Check-in and check-out are contactless. I will be available preferably via app first, phone, and in person if my presence is required. We have a super helpful assistant during business hours at the Pousada. Other things to note We do not currently offer luggage delivery/retention services, please plan accordingly. ;) CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT - Check-in time is flexible and "contactless". - Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. and also without contact. - Late check-out may be available for a fee of R$ 60 (2 hours MAXIMUM). Search for house and apartment entry mode using the check-in section in the AirBnB app. We've sent you unique codes. 24/7 contactless check-in. Don't worry if you have to check in late. SERVICES - TV We provide a Smart TV and Internet, not cable TV services. - Supplies Please be aware that we provide basic supplies for 1-2 days (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). We have temporarily stopped supplying excess personal care items that last from customer to customer for safety reasons. - LAUNDRY We have a laundry area (tub and clothesline) in the back of the house for personal clothes. Bed linen and towels are changed every two weeks. If there is a need for an unconventional change, we will charge for the service in the following proportion: - towels: R$ 15.00 - pillowcases: R$ 5.00 (each) - blanket or comforter: R$ 30.00 - sheet: R$ 20.00 TRASH We have two large trash cans in the entrance hall of the Pousada. CLEANLINESS The room is delivered clean and sanitized and we do not enter for cleaning, regardless of the length of stay, except for urgent and necessary maintenance preferably in the presence of the guest, for safety reasons. Our entry is allowed in case of greater need. If cleaning is required, we can hire a third party to perform the service, which will be charged according to the contractor's rate for the service. We have brooms, squeegee and dustpan for your access and comfort, and these items are shared. OTHER AMENITIES All the amenities of the house can be enjoyed. We have a microwave, coffee maker and kettle for hot water. We also have an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. All items are shared. Please put them back after using them! RULES The following are considered violations of the House Rules - Smoking - Loud music/noise. - Unpaid or undisclosed guests. If violated, this agreement will be terminated and you will need to vacate the property immediately, subject to a fine. SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF R$ 150 FOR DEEP CLEANING. We make an exception for the balcony area and backyard as long as you do not throw butts on the ground, make sure you extinguish them carefully and collect them properly.
