Other things to note The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and there is NO elevator. This may be a downside for some, especially if you have a lot of heavy furniture or struggle with stairs. However, the higher floor means you'll have a great view and more privacy from street noise. Plus, you'll get some extra exercise every day going up and down the stairs!
