The space 👥🏠 Capacity and Additional Fees: The house is a huge space, perfect for celebrations or simply disconnecting from everyday life; ideal for hosting approximately up to 25 people. The cost that appears on the platform includes up to 15 people, thereafter each person has a cost of 50,000 COP per night as an additional cost. 🐶 Pets: They are more than welcome in our house. It's an area with lots of greenery, ideal for having fun. To ensure their safety, we ask that you keep them on the premises, as there are properties with electric fences and other animals near our farm. So you can enjoy fully and without worries. Each pet has an additional cost of 35,000 COP. 🎶 Music volume: Local regulations allow loud music only until 10:00 pm. After that time, a moderate volume must be maintained to ensure the tranquility of the environment. 🌱 Commitment to the environment 🗑️ In these magical and welcoming lands, it is essential to contribute to the care of the natural environment. Proper waste separation must be done using the containers provided to sort garbage into organic, recyclable, and non-recyclable. In addition, waste must be delivered properly separated and in clean conditions, avoiding accumulations or mixtures that hinder its management. This practice helps to preserve the harmony of the place and reduce the environmental impact of each visit. With small actions, together, we protect this space so that it remains a special place for future celebrations. 🧽 Care of the space: After the event, the venue is expected to be delivered in reasonable condition. This means: - Do not leave trash lying around. - Properly separate waste (organic, recyclable and non-recyclable). - Do not leave furniture out of place or in extreme disarray. - Do not leave the house in a state of excessive dirt or disorder. 💸 Additional charge: If the space is delivered in conditions of extreme dirt or considerable disorder, an additional charge of COP 150,000 will be made to cover the deep cleaning service.
