You can easily do day trips to Seward (1 hour 45 minutes) and Homer (1 hour 30 minutes). Soldotna and Kenai have everything you would need from grocery stores, Walmart, Fred Meyer, fun bakeries, shopping, medical care, restaurants, breweries and even a winery nearby. This home features 2 bedrooms, the Master has a queen size sleep number bed, with a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a multi jet shower. The second bedroom is a queen bed with a private bathroom with a shower. The sitting room is cozy with soft leather seating, and a gorgeous iron gas fireplace to take the chill off the morning or evening! The custom bar with beautiful pendant lighting seats 8. The well stocked kitchen has beautiful stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and commercial oven. Butcher block and granite counter tops give plenty of space for meal preparation. A second Arctic entry (to be shared with the second house during pre-determined hours) has a washer, dryer and dvd library! In the attached garage you will find an extra chest freezer to freeze any prepackaged fish you may need to store until your departure. There is a freezer in the garage to store prepacked fish until departure. -Fishing gear must be stowed in your vehicle or in the garage.
