This 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath 1907 sq ft tri-level open floor plan home is separated by glass pony walls, has views of the backyard oasis, and huge windows that allow lots of natural light in. The space This spacious two-story home offers a total of three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms for you and your guests. The upstairs primary suite features a Nectar KING-sized bed, reading corner, an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and walk in shower. Both additional upstairs bedrooms feature Beautyrest QUEEN beds with an ensuite jack n' jill with full sized bathtub/shower combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms have upgraded wood-look tile or plush carpet, and are stocked with fresh linens, towels, and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. In the backyard oasis, you'll find a large, covered patio with patio seating for eight and views of the crisp and pristine large swimming pool and jetted, LED-lighted hot tub. Finish your day by grilling up your favorite dish on our propane grill! Make full use of the garage by parking inside (especially helpful during the hot Vegas Summer days!) and open/close the garage door--or even the front door & back door--from your smartphone! Please inquire & tell us more about your pet! Other things to note -Our pool and spa are not gated nor is the pool heated. Please also note that the pool and spa is serviced weekly on Thursdays. Vegas winds can sometimes be strong so it's possible some stray bits of mother nature will make its way into the pool before the next service; therefore, you may see some wayward leaves & nature's gifts in the pool. A net is nearby to take care of those pesky leaves and such. -For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, there is camera surveillance at all front entrances. -A starter set of consumables are provided to make your transition home seamless and easy! -You might notice 1–2 RVs parked in the side yard behind the tall white driveway gate. On rare occasions, a colleague may retrieve an RV during your stay, but they will only access the side yard and not any other part of the property. -In the backyard, we added a solid fence to replace the mesh fence you will see in one of the hot tub pictures. - For stays greater than 30 days: *Owner responsible for Internet, Garbage & Recycling, Sewer, Pool & Spa Service. Gas, Electricity, & Water included up to cap of $300/mo, too! Guest is responsible for reimbursing the Host for any amount above the cap. * A lease is required by our insurance. Therefore, a Lease Agreement will be sent for your review and signature after booking. This must be fully executed within 24 hours of receipt, or your booking may be cancelled.
