Description
An Edwardian home with high ceilings, full of character with modern touches, Warren House is your perfect escape from the stresses of life. Set in two acres you can enjoy the tranquility of space, whilst enjoying the amenities within the village. Close to the coastline and Donna Nook nature reserve, get up close to seals and their newly born pups (mid Oct - late Dec). Enjoy relaxing and gentle walks amongst the beautiful pine trees in the Warren behind our home. You might even spot deer! The space A peaceful getaway for guests, with local walks and restaurants in the village. The village has two pubs and an Italian restaurant. Guest access Entrance and exit is via our kitchen. Happy for guests to use the dining table in the kitchen if you need to. Other things to note Louth is the main town in this area and has many amenities. Seal watching at Donna Nook is popular in October to December. You can walk from our place but it is a good hour and very cold once you are at the dunes. You are seeing the seals in their natural habitat, so wrap up. Our recommendation is to drive. Parking is £5. There is a website that gives you the seal pup count, which you can look up as I can not add it as a link.
