This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2000 sq. ft villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic). Main features include: - Cozy villa with private garden and private pool in gated residence (A short walk to a sandy beach!) - 2 televisions (one with Netflix, one with cable TV) - Internet Wi-Fi - Air conditioning (both in bedrooms and living room) / fans - Check-in with English/Spanish-speaking staff -Few minutes drive from restaurants, shops, clubs, bars Other things to note Development Update: The community is currently undergoing development. We welcome rentals, with the understanding that guests may encounter construction-related conditions. These may include unfinished roads, daytime construction noise, occasional power or water disruptions, and reduced water pressure. Rental pricing has been adjusted to reflect these potential inconveniences. Please note, our out power supply is provided via inverters NOT GASOLINE Generates. These inverters ensure the availability of electricity for essential functions such as lighting, television, water supply, internet connectivity, and fans. Air conditioning is not supported by the inverters. Full functionality will resume as soon as the electricity is restored.
