Sunset Room @ The Desert Casita

This comfortable private room is conveniently located just off the I-10; 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 40 minutes from Joshua Tree -offering easy access to everything the Coachella Valley has to offer! Whether you’re visiting for a local festival or to explore the surrounding desert landscapes, this home provides the perfect base for your stay. The space The Sunset Room has an electric fireplace, and cozy queen bed. Watch the sun set against views of the mountains and windmills. Relax and fall asleep to the sound of the wind and rumbling of trains. Guest access Chill out on the couch in the living room or in the fabulous modern kitchen. There is a microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and air fryer available for use. During your stay I am usually home, don't hesitate to message me or ask if you need anything. Other things to note There is a hairless cat living in the home, most people with allergies do just fine with him but you probably won't see him unless you want to. Please don't let him outside. It's windy here, sometimes very windy at night. You can hear the sounds of traffic from the Hwy and trains across the Highway. There is plenty of parking on the wide street, please park in front of our house (not the neighbors.) There is usually fast WiFi but it is not guaranteed. The service goes out on occasion but usually comes back on again in a few minutes.
