The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware and cutlery. Ironing equipment and a drying rack are also available for your convenience. The bedroom features two comfortable single beds with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The private bathroom includes all necessary amenities, with clean towels and a shower. Enjoy a great range of amenities throughout your stay, including access to a shared swimming pool, a BBQ area, street parking, high-speed WiFi, and a hair dryer. A baby crib is also available upon request. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
