Homestay room in a quiet house in Le Bouscat 🌸 You have your own bathroom (shower + bathtub) and you have access to the rest of the house (dining room, kitchen, terrace). You can have breakfast (teapot and Nespresso available) The house is ideally located on Tram D (Courbet stop). You are 10 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 20 minutes from Saint-Jean train station, and within walking distance of all amenities. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The space A true haven of peace, your room overlooks the garden, and the window is equipped with roller shutters. You can rest on the terrace completely quiet. The street is not busy and therefore there is little noise. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen to make yourself breakfast (terms to be discussed at the time of booking) The rest of the time, you will have access to the terrace. If you wish to telecommute, we have a large table in the living room and you can set up there (terms to be discussed also at the time of booking) During your stay You can reach us via the app Other things to note We have 2 adorable cats 🐱 at home: Corona and Vodka. They divide their time between outside and inside. They mainly come for food and cuddles.
