The space Cozy Finnish cabins with direct access to the reservoir and recreational fun Our Finnish cabins offer you everything you need for a relaxing break! Up to 4 people can be accommodated on two floors. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen (hotplates, fridge, coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A steep staircase leads you to the open bedroom upstairs with 4 single beds. The large terrace invites you to relax – whether for breakfast in the morning sun or for a barbecue in the evening. Located directly on the reservoir, you can enjoy free swimming and access to numerous leisure activities: a water slide, beach volleyball, mini golf, playgrounds and the bistro on the reservoir are waiting for you! Please note: The property is not accessible and is only partially suitable for toddlers under 4 years of age. There is no Wi-Fi here – but plenty of nature, relaxation and adventure. Perfect for a break from everyday life! Guest access As a guest of one of our Finnish cabins, you will have access to all areas of the property: Interior: Use the cozy living room with satellite TV, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find the open bedroom with 4 single beds. Outdoor area: Relax on your private terrace with garden furniture or enjoy the surrounding nature. Barbecue facilities are available on request. Direct access to the reservoir: You have free access to the bathing area during opening hours – including a sandy beach, sunbathing lawns and a water slide. In addition, you can use the leisure facilities around the reservoir, including mini golf, playgrounds and the bistro at the reservoir. Please note that the property is not accessible and swimming outside of bathing hours is not allowed. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Parking: Free parking is about 500 meters from the property. For loading and unloading, you can drive directly to the house. Self-catering: In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your own meals: hot plates, fridge, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. A dish towel and cleaning products are provided. Bed linens and towels: Bed linen can be rented for €7 per bed. Please bring your own towels. Quiet times: We ask for consideration from 10 pm to 6 am. Parties are not allowed. Accommodation tax: From 2024, the city of Chemnitz will levy an accommodation tax of 5% of the rental price. Minors and persons with a degree of disability of at least 50% are excluded. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €150 is required in cash upon arrival. Amenities and notes No Wi-Fi, no dishwasher, no travel cots or high chairs.
