A washer and dryer is inside the unit, and our condos have fully equipped kitchens, quality, hand pressed linens, and soft towels. Guest access This is a privately owned condo and the space is all yours! We do not allow additional guests. Other things to note We do not have elevators in our complex. This unit is on the 2nd floor, with 1 flight of 16 steps. Trash chute is on the same floor. We do not allow smoking in the building or in the condo - of anything! We are NOT 4/20 friendly.
