Valencia - Yerrinbool. This renovated cottage is surrounded by gum trees and the peacefulness of the National Park. The grounds include a 20-metre heated lap pool with a hot tub, overlooking the stunning bush setting. We are a pet-friendly property that can sleep up to 7 people with 2 bathrooms servicing the rooms. Mittagong and Bowral are close by as are wineries, wedding venues and eateries. Valencia is the private getaway in a bushland setting. Please read all additional information. The space Note: The main cottage can sleep up to 7 in 2 Queen beds plus a child's bed, and a Double sofa bed in the lounge room. There are 2 extra sleeping quarters that are separate to the main cottage should you wish to use them. One room is situated off the second bathroom and has a single bed and the studio has a single day bed with a trundle. There is NO bathroom in the separate studio with trundle. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the property. The property is fenced however dogs can escape through parts of the fence so 100% supervision is required. Other things to note Please note in Summer months that snakes will be about. Please supervise your pets and children. The pool and spa are a wonderful addition to this property and we ask that you supervise your children and pets whilst swimming or being near water. Also to remember that this is a country property that sometimes has critters and bugs. We cannot stop them nor can we stop some going under the house and not coming out. In The Highlands we also frustratingly get dust! Our cleaners will set up the property for guests but they cannot stop dust or bugs after they leave.
