The apartment – on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, consisting of a direct entrance into the kitchen/dining area. In a row, relaxation room with sofa and TV, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, walk-in shower, sink and suspended toilet. Private parking in the yard. Terrace with table and bench. Village between Nancy and Metz 5 km from the RN 913, 15 minutes from the A31 motorway, 7 km from the RD674 and 12 km from the RD955. Breakfast provided. Possibility to cook your own evening meal. Wifi. The space If this is your first stay with us, I'll welcome you in person. The accommodation is south-east facing, with a large door/bay window overlooking the courtyard and closing with wooden shutters/doors for the night, during the day in summer. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and have breakfast. For breakfast I provide bread, butter, jam, juice or a fruit and cereals. Tea, cocoa and infusions are available. Coffee is in the fridge and an espresso coffee maker is at your disposal. Cleaning supplies under the sink, dish towels and wipes provided. If you arrive late at night, without having eaten, remember to take a meal (canned, pizza, or something to cook, etc.) with you. The nearest shops are in a village 5 km away. For your comfort there is a relaxation lounge with sofa and TV (remember to take your Netflix codes and passwords etc. with you.) The bed is made, two single duvets and two pillows per person. Dressing room available. In the bathroom there is a basket with towels, two per person and two washcloths. There is also soap, shower gel in a dispenser and shampoo. Other things to note If you are accompanied by your pet, it must ONLY stay in the kitchen or outside. We love our dogs too, but we have to think about people who are allergic to animal hair. Animal hair can get embedded and stay for a very long time, making the next allergic traveler very sick. In case of non-compliance, you will receive the invoice.
