House in Vellinge - cat and garden shed in a cozy village

Personal accommodation in a pleasant village in the countryside. Here you can relax, socialize and discover the surroundings. In the garden, there are patios and a barbecue. The cat Knut lives in the house and is included when you rent. Within walking distance is the nature reserve Arriesjön (1 km) with trails and lakes. Here is Arriesjön's café. Nearby is Wasabi orangeri café with good coffee/food (2 km). It is close to beaches, Kämpinge beach (15 km) and Klagshamn beach (11 km). We are happy to advise you about other attractions! The space On the ground floor, you enter through the entrance on the front. On this floor there is a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Through the kitchen, you can go out the back to the garden. Here you will find the private patio with sun loungers and dining area as well as barbecue. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a room in an open plan adjacent to the workspace and hall. Three beds, one double bed (firm mattress, 180), one single bed (medium mattress, 120) and one single bed (soft mattress, 90 cm). Guest access You have access to the entire place. Cabinets and wardrobes are private.
