Guests must be at least 25 years of age and on site during rental period. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties. - Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. You will receive two (2) standard passes. These need to be returned to the unit on departure. - Pool bands will be in the unit. You will receive four (4) bands. These also must be returned upon departure. - Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience.
