The living room is pleasant and perfect for chilling, reading a book or watching a good show on Netflix, Disney Channel and HBO Max. If you like cooking you’ll love our fully equipped kitchen. To save you money and trips to the laundromat we have washing machine and an iron. The building is very safe, with security cameras at the main entrance and the elevator. The flat is NOT on a main avenue, but it has a lot of movement, it is located in one of the fashionable areas of the city, so you must consider the noise that may occur around the apartment. We ask you to tell us how many people will occupy the apartment. It is important to consider number of towels. If more guests arrive than declared, the extra charge indicated in the advertisement will be charged. Public transportation is minutes away on foot. We are just a few blocks from a supermarket, art galleries, boutiques, bars and restaurants. If you are into fitness, there’s a nice park right around the block where you can jog or just take long walks.
