Verdant Hills comprises 3 lovely self-catering rooms each with en-suite bathroom situated in the seaside town of Reebok in Klein Brak River. The 3 self-catering units can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, 2 guests per room, making it ideal for a family or group of friends. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a dining table with seating for 4 guests as well as a comfortable couch. A patio with more seating and braai facilities overlooks the green Outiniqua. The space Please note that the property is a shared space. The self catering units comprise of the entire downstairs space while the upstairs space is occupied by the property owner. There are 6 stairs down towards the 3 self catering units accessible from the side of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the side gate of the property. The entire downstairs space and garden. The upstairs deck, upstairs dwelling and garage is occupied by the owner. Other things to note Please note their is a senior Jack Russell on the property and guests should be conscious of keeping the gate closed. The property has a strict no party or external guest policy.
