The kitchen is well-equipped and the dining area is comfortable. The apartment has air conditioning (air heat pump). The apartment is a good choice for traveling groups and families, business or leisure. The nearest tram stop is only 150 meters away, and the metro is a 6-minute walk. The space Three bedrooms, one upstairs, two downstairs. The upstairs bedroom has 2x 90x200cm beds that can be separated. Downstairs, one bedroom has a 90x200 cm bed and the other has a 90 x 200 cm bed. Upstairs there is a toilet and downstairs there is a bathroom with a toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine and dryer. The living room and kitchen are located upstairs, which also has access to a large patio, about half of which is glazed. The patio has a dining table for 4 people, a sofa, a sun chair and a barbecue. In the courtyard, there is a great playground for children and next to it, Hyväntoivonpuisto (Good Hope Park) where you can find a lot of activities. Guest access Public transport connections are excellent. Trams (7 and 9) pass right next to the apartment. West Terminal (ferries to Tallinn) very close. The area's services are excellent, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. Nearest grocery stores: Alepa 500m, K-market 550m and Lidl 600m, in addition to R-kioski 150m. Within a 500m radius of the apartment, there are dozens of restaurants (My Dumplings, Koi Sushi, Ginn, Boneless, La Sirena Pizza, Ismet, Be My Guest, Via Tribunali, Banu Cafe, Belle Baguette, Siam City Thai, Da Spizzico, Uuno Pizza, etc.) and bars (e.g. Kiivi's Cafe&Bar, Barley&Bait Craft beer & whiskey room). Other things to note This is not a party venue. Parking is mainly paid, but two-hour parking spaces can also be found nearby.
