The space Taking full advantage of the wonderful location of the house, a perimeter terrace overlooking the sea offers a dreamy landscape. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people (& 2 extra). AEGEA MILOS has two levels of a total of 112.80 sq.m. and a fenced surrounding area of 540 sq.m. with olive trees. Upstairs there are 3 separate bedrooms with two single or one double bed, air-conditioned and with ceiling fans. They are elegantly furnished, and promise a calm pleasant sleep after the busy adventures of the day. There is also a bathroom. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room (with flat screen TV, wifi) and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances and a dishwasher. The interiors have access to impressive verandas, plenty of outdoor spaces with large flowerbeds and views of the sea and the Mill. The spacious and handy barbecue is located in the patio area outside the kitchen ready to unite family and friends around a beautiful table. There is a separate outdoor fountain in the area. The space has a parking space. Pets are more than welcome with prior notice. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for one room on the ground floor and the indoor garage. Other things to note Excellent location, 300 meters to the nearest beach (Papikinou) and 800 meters from the port of Adamas for food and shopping. It takes just 5-10 minutes to get to the bus and taxi station (for the rest of the beaches and parts of the island) and 5 minutes to the bakery and grocery stores. The airport is 4.5 km away and the route is covered in the summer months by bus and taxi. Upon arrival, pick-up can be arranged from the port or airport. Registration details 00003397292
