The house is located just a few minutes walk from the historic center of the city (Cathedral, Degollado Theater, Museums etc.) It is also located close to food restaurants, public transportation, family activities, and nightlife. You'll love my place because it has the original design of a 1950s estate. My place is ideal for adventurers, families (with children), and large groups. If your travel destination is the downtown area, you will be very close to the main tourist attractions. You can walk to the Metropolitan Cathedral, the City Hall, the Government Palace, the rotunda of the Illustrious Jalisco, the Degollado Theater and many other colonial-style tourist attractions, just 15 minutes from the property. You can do it in 5 minutes by Uber, but it always depends on the traffic in the area. Three blocks from the house you will find the Parque Alcalde, a beautiful park that was renovated in March 2017, where you will find outdoor activities for your family and your children such as Tyrolean swings, small boats to sail its small lake and even a good place to breathe for a moment and enjoy the view. Also just 3 blocks away is the city's beautiful NEW AQUARIUM called MICHIN. Undoubtedly, the location will allow you to enjoy the attractions that are nearby and in turn you can move around in an Uber with easy access to the modern area of the city where you will find shopping centers, restaurants and an area of bars and nightclubs, a trip in an Uber can cost 30 to 50 pesos (about 2 to 3 dollars) to Chapultepec. The property has a solar heater, washing machine and laundry room, and ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms. It's important to let you know that to save energy and keep prices as low as possible, we ask all our future guests to turn off the lights when leaving, and to turn off the fans completely. In our property, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories to enjoy your stay 100%. Our goal is that you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Just 3 blocks from the house you can find a supermarket to do your shopping at Bodega Aurrera, there is an Oxxo and 7Eleven. As well as Dominos Pizza. Half a block down Santa Monica Street is a very tasty Italian restaurant called Angelos, you can't miss it. The house is delivered clean and it is requested to return it as tidy as possible. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE CENTER OF GUADALAJARA, THE HOUSE IS IDEAL. THEY ARE CURRENTLY BUILDING LINE 3 OF THE LIGHT RAIL AND THE TREE-LINED AND COMMERCIAL VIA ALCALDE, SO SOME STREETS MAY BE CLOSED, OTHERS MAY BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, THE CATHEDRAL IS 15-20 MINUTES WALKING FROM THE BUILDING AND 5-10 MINUTES BY UBER DEPENDING ON TRAFFIC.
