The pool is on the 4th floor of the building and operates on shifts with prior reservation with management. The beach is open from 6 am, in the development there are parks, green areas, children's playgrounds and a beautiful chapel. Everything to make you feel at home! The space The place is cozy, we are looking for you to feel at home. It has bedding and bath and beach towels, hot water, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. It is fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay, kitchen, satellite TV, WIFI, dining room, living room, air conditioners, and water drum. Guest access Inside the development there are beautiful green areas for walking, sports courts and a playground. The building's pool is open Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; Monday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm prior to booking with the condominium management. Without a reservation, you will not be able to access this area. We have direct access to Piedra Larga beach, open from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. The beach is ideal for walking and taking photos. For swimming, we recommend water shoes because there are stones. We will give you a control for parking #2C 207 located on the 5th floor and a tag to enter the building and parking lots. It is mandatory to present your identity card upon entering the building. Other things to note We are located in a very safe residential development, 24/7 surveillance, the building has security guards and a camera circuit. The place is very quiet and the landscapes are wonderful, we have a descent to Piedra Larga beach. We are located south of Manta, close to beautiful beaches such as San Mateo, Santa Marianita and San Lorenzo.
