The space This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps 8 and was designed with families and friend groups in mind. There’s room to gather and room to disappear — a large living room with a sectional, a sunny enclosed porch, a dedicated office with a standing desk, multiple dining and lounging areas, and a wrap-around porch with Adirondack chairs that was made for slow summer mornings and golden-hour evenings. Bedrooms: • King bedroom — bright and spacious • Three queen bedrooms — each with its own character and charm Bathrooms: • A stunning clawfoot soaking tub — a true highlight of the home • A full bathroom with shower • A powder room The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a big family breakfast to a dinner party. Fire up the BBQ in the backyard and dine al fresco — summer doesn’t get better than this. For families: Baby gear is available on request. The interior of the home is spacious and forgiving — the kind of place where kids can actually be kids. For groups: Multiple living spaces mean everyone can find their corner. Game nights are well covered — we have a full collection of board games and activities. For remote workers: Fast WiFi (118 Mbps) and a dedicated office space with a standing desk mean you can work comfortably without sacrificing your summer. YOUR SUMMER PLAYGROUND The Tomifobia Nature Trail begins right across the street — 19 km of flat, scenic trail along the river, perfect for biking, walking, or an early morning run. A 10-15 minute walk brings you to Lake Massawippi, where you can swim or fish off the wharf, launch a kayak, have a picnic or simply sit and watch the sun set over the water. For a day at the beach, it is a short drive to the « Plage Massawippi » town lake access. Back in the village, everything is walkable: restaurants, a grocery store, cafés, the pharmacy, the SAQ, and the Ayer’s Cliff Fairgrounds — home to the farmer’s market, the annual fair, rodeos, horse shows, and car shows throughout the summer. Guest access The entire home is yours — all 4 bedrooms, all bathrooms, the kitchen, all living and dining spaces, the wrap-around porch, and the yard. The storage closet, basement, garage, and old barn are private. Other things to note You are genuinely in the heart of town — on the main road, surrounded by village life. This means you can walk everywhere, which guests love. It also means some daytime traffic noise, and the neighbouring mill operates on weekdays. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
