No Dogs The space Enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Baker, Lummi Bay and the San Juan Islands from almost every room in the house! From the master bed as you wake up in the morning, from the well-appointed kitchen as you cook your meals, when you eat in the dining room, from the living room as you relax in the massage chair or as you work from the desk or up in the loft. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door, opening to the huge beach-side deck which has a glass wind barrier on half the deck. This allows guests to enjoy sitting outside even on a windy day! Walk from the deck right down to the beach, in front, to kayak or paddle board at high tide or beach comb at low tide! Enjoy a beach fire in the fire pit, roasting sticks are provided. Watch the eagles, osprey, terns and heron fish for their meal. Harbor seals are frequent visitors in the bay at high tide and often come close to investigate as you kayak or paddle board. If you want to bring your boat, boat launch and moorage is available at the marina less than one mile down the road. This location is a great springboard to get out to the San Juan Islands quickly. Convenient community tennis and pickleball courts! Sandy Point Golf Course is 10 minutes away. $15 includes clubs! Hiking is plentiful in the Chuckanuts or the Mount Baker Recreation area. Guests feel like they are a million miles away, yet it's a short twenty minutes to Bellingham, ten minutes to downtown Ferndale or half an hour to the Canadian border to pop up to Vancouver for a day trip.
