We can offer Two Serra'nia Abode to accommodate another set of guests up to 14. *Prior to check-in, all guests except children must provide a copy of their valid ID or passport, and contact information of main guest. HOUSE RULES: Check-in time: 2:00 pm Check-out time: On or before 12:00 noon 1. Only registered guests will be allowed in the property. 2. Only children ages 2 and below are free to stay. 3. This is a family-friendly property. In compliance with anti-noise pollution laws, loud parties and unreasonable levels of noise are strictly not allowed. Karaoke singing is only allowed indoors and the main door should be closed while using the microphones. 4. We only allow 1 small, house-trained pet with a pet fee of P500 each, as long as potty-trained or with diaper, with a leash or inside a cage, and flea-free. It is not allowed on sofas, in the bedrooms and in the swimming pool. 5. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in any part of the villa - the main house, pool area, and deck garden. (Penalty: P5,000) 6. Light alcoholic beverages are permitted, but heavy drinking is not allowed. Responsible drinking should be observed. 7. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the swimming pool, sunken living room, and bedrooms. 8. Strictly no diving in the pool. Owner is not liable for any accidents within the property due to guests' negligence. Swim with caution as there is no assigned lifeguard on duty. 9. Kids, PWDs, and seniors should always be attended to. Owner is not responsible for any untoward incident. 10. Operation of the hot tub (jacuzzi) is until 11:00 PM only. Observe proper swimming attire. 11. Drivers and helpers are included in the head count if sleeping inside the villa. 12. Dispose all trash before leaving. 13. Disposing of bodily fluids like spitting or expectorating or any other activities that could compromise hygiene are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property. 14. Turn off appliances, water, air conditioner and lights when not in use. 15. The use of portable butane gas stove is strictly prohibited inside the villa. 16. Free parking for up to 4 cars is available in a carport (2 for each house). The owner is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. 17. Initiation rites from fraternities are strictly prohibited. 18. Lost keys will be charged P2000. 19. Fireworks, bonfires, and other activities that can cause fires are prohibited. 20. The barbeque grill is not allowed to be taken inside the house nor to be transferred at the pool patio. 21. Illegal substances like drugs are strictly prohibited and shall be reported to Police and/or local officials. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property. 22. We conduct inspection of the property before each new guest arrives. Any damages or missing items reported by our staff during check-out will be charged to the main guest. 23. Secure your valuables and cars at all times. Keep doors and cars locked. Safety and security are everybody's responsibility. 24. Guests who engage in disruptive or dangerous behavior will be asked to leave the property.
