The apart-studio is located on the 21st Floor and within 5 minutes by walking to the Batumi Beach. It has an amazing view from the balcony where guests can feel sea breeze and enjoy the lively atmosphere. We offer two apartments which are next to each other. If you are interested in the second one please look at my profile or contact me. Batumi is waiting for you :) The space The apartment is 30 sq.meters. It has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, an extra foldable sofa, Smart TV, a washing machine, small kitchen area with induction stove, an AC, a refrigerator with freezer and balcony. Guest access You will have full access to the studio apartment located on the 21st Floor and it’s balcony. Other things to note If during your stay you need to clean apartment and/or to change bedsheets, towels please contact me and our cleaning team will do it at the time suitable for you. That kind of services are not included to the room price and need to be paid by guests as extra fee directly to the cleaning team.
