This charming accommodation is perfectly situated within 10 miles of South Florida's most popular tourist attractions, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests. Bungalow is located in an agricultural area. The space Welcome to our charming bungalow, completed in May 2023, offering 570 square feet of comfortable living space. The bungalow is designed to provide a peaceful retreat for your stay. With double pane insulated windows, you can enjoy a quiet interior, and the two mini split A/C units ensure a restful night's sleep, regardless of the weather. Step into the cozy living room, where you'll find a comfortable couch that can be pulled out into a full-size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Unwind in front of one of two 55-inch Smart TV and enjoy access to complimentary WiFi throughout the bungalow. The room is further enhanced by a stylish egg chair with a matching footrest, perfect for relaxing and reading your favorite book (some books are left for you). The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It features an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, full-size sink, Keurig coffee maker, and a convenient bar cart. Gather around the four-person table and enjoy meals together or use it as a workspace for any business needs. In the calming bedroom, you'll find a queen-sized bed adorned with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Two night tables with outlets and USB ports are provided for easy charging of your devices while you sleep. The ample-sized closet offers plenty of space to store your luggage and belongings. A chest of drawers as well as another 55 inch television complete this beautiful bedroom. Pamper yourself in the full en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. Let the soothing water relax your muscles after a long day of exploring the area. Additionally, you'll have access to a complimentary washer/dryer, so you can return home with fresh laundry. Outside there is a private patio with modern and comfortable furniture as well as an umbrella for some shade and a fire pit. Other things to note Cleanliness The one item which we find most important when away from home is cleanliness. Upon departing, all linens & towels are removed & washed with hot water & bleach (whites). All surfaces are wiped down including door handles & remotes. (This also includes, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc). We ask guests to please wash and stow away any utensils and plate ware prior to their departure as well as putting them away in the drawers. Finally, floors are mopped & final details put in place to ensure you have a lovely vacation. We take pride in ensuring your time away is enjoyable.
