Guest access You'll check in at the Trailhead Lodge front desk at 1175 Bangtail Way. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Your key card grants access to your unit, the gated parking garage, and the Wildhorse Meadows Athletic Club. The front desk can store your luggage if you arrive early. Early check-in or late departure may be available for a fee - ask the front desk when you arrive. For after-hours check-ins or any security concerns, call Strong Arm Security. Other things to note The Wildhorse Meadows Athletic Club is located on the main floor in the lobby and is included with your stay. It features a fitness center, locker rooms, pool, and hot tubs open 10am to 10pm daily. A trash chute and recycling bin room are located on your floor down the hall to the left of the elevator.
