The space itself has been updated with paint, new wallpaper, furniture, art and other nice touches. The space has been deep cleaned and several portable AC units have been added for the summer. These should address some of the concerns previous guests have had. Huge deck on 2nd floor with views of the neighbourhood and cozy living room with brand new smart tv equipped with Netflix. 2 Bedrooms and a bathroom on 2nd floor, and an additional bathroom and bedroom (with two queen size beds in a separated area) as well. **Please note that there is an additional unit located in the basement. There is no access to your unit from the basement unit and they have their own separate entrance. The only thing shared is the communal laundry. If you have any specific questions or concerns about this, don't hesitate to get in touch!** Note on Air Conditioning: The house does not have central or ductless AC. The top floor bedrooms each have a portable or window AC (as it tends to be hottest here) and there is a portable one in the living room. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor both have ceiling fans. Please let me know if you have any additional questions regarding the AC. Other things to note -2 garage parking spots are available on site (assuming they are both small sedans). Parking is $15 per night for 1 car or $25 for both).
