Adjacent to the pool, you'll find an inviting exterior dining area complete with a parasol, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals amidst the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is a dedicated barbecue area with an outdoor dining table, allowing you to indulge in delicious grilled delicacies with your loved ones. To refresh after a sun-soaked day, an outdoor shower is conveniently available. The villa is embraced by a meticulously maintained garden, featuring an array of vibrant plants and flowers. The accommodation comprises three inviting bedrooms, ensuring ample space for your family or friends. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers for your belongings. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom boasts a double bed, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning. A full and independent bathroom with a shower and double wash basin caters to the needs of the additional bedrooms. Should you require it, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, making this villa an ideal choice for family holidays. To consider: Pets weighing less than 7 kg are accepted. Only one pet is allowed. No parties or groups of young people under 25 years old are allowed. In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 Eur per night and person in high season and 0.55 Eur per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory. Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of Id cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email. The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
