*Message us about shorter stays* A bright basement studio, close to downtown and many amenities. Furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, a small couch and a small kitchenette. The entrance is shared with us. We live upstairs and are happy to help with any information you may be seeking. The space Suite includes: - TV with Netflix - Wifi - Basic kitchen necessities - Induction cooktop (no oven) - Mini fridge - Microwave - Coffee maker and kettle (coffee and tea provided) - Toaster - Large shower - One off street parking spot (no ATVs/trailers) We live in the house above you with our dog and you will likely hear us from time to time. We love dogs and will consider them on a case by case basis with an added cleaning fee of $10 per night. When you go to book, let us know in the message about the dog and we will send a revised price including the dog fee. Guest access Lots of street parking in front of the house in the summer if you need more than the one parking spot. Most things are within walking distance once you are here.
