Casitas Mariposa is a "Designer Robinson Crusoe" compound that sleeps up to 8 people, and is ideally suited for families or small groups of friends. The space If you are ready to rinse your soul and bond with family or friends then this place is for you. Wake up to birdsong, take a morning dip in the pool, fill your soul with ease and play Tarzan and Jane family. Unspoiled nature as far as you can see in any direction. Daytime skies filled with birds, and nighttime with countless stars. Note that the 2 living rooms for groups hanging out are sheltered under massive Palapa roofs but are open from the sides to nature. Part of a bigger property, Casitas Cacique is a self contained compound that spreads across an acre, with 2 casitas and 2 master suites situated on a hill with jungle valley views in 3 directions. The 2 bigger master suites have AC in-suite full bathrooms and private patios. The two casitas have ceiling fans and are oriented to enjoy the breeze. They share a full bathroom that is also accessible when chilling in the pool area. The dwellings are clustered around a the infinity pool surrounded by lush tropical plants and a fun entertaining area and outdoor kitchen and bar for chill vibes. The kitchen has gas burners, refrigerator with a pull out freezer, a pizza oven and a grilling area. One of the casita bedrooms doubles as a media room with sectional couches facing a large screen with a projector. There is also a large living room area under a huge palapa that enjoys breezes and an incredibly peaceful vibe. That space can also comfortably accommodate 8 people practicing Yoga, surrounded by nature and birdsong. The caretaker family is Spanish speaking only, but very sweet and amenable. They maintain, clean, and provide security. We have a perfectly bilingual concierge on call to help with other needs. Good cell service and reliable Wi-Fi for email and streaming movies at night. A gorgeous almost private beach with a small eco-hotel is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute drive down a bumpy dirt road. PS. This is not for guests seeking a development condo like experience. This is a romantic adventure, more like "gypset (gypsy Jetset) glamping" with added comforts. Guest access The guests can access the entire area described. The owners live in another casita on the property higher up on another hill. Other things to note Pets are welcome, but only if kept under your supervision at all times. The groundskeeper and neighbors both have dogs they could come into contact with. We also ask that dogs not be allowed to jump into beds or couches.
