Cute Cottage on the Bay

This charming cottage perfectly combines comfort and nature with direct access to Boston Bay at the bottom of a winding set of stairs. Soak in the amazing views from the new deck. The house has everything you need for your rustic getaway. There is also a convenience store/gas station in town and 2 bars/restaurants. Bring your boat or jet ski to the launch just down the road on the Mississippi at one of the public launches at the riverfront park and campground. The space This Sears kit home was originally built in 1941 and has been remodeled to give it a more cabin like feel. It sits on over an acre of land with bay access. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a futon in the living room and an extra cot in the larger bedroom closet. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home, garage and bay. The boat house is not accessible. Other things to note Please note this is an older home in the country, a mile away from a very small rural town. The water levels in the bay vary greatly washing up drift wood etc.
