The cottage has an area of 65 m2 and is divided over three floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen and guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with basic equipment for 6 people, toaster, contact grill, egg boiler, kettle, Tassimo, filter coffee maker, mini dishwasher and the Dyson vacuum cleaner. Among other things, there is also an Android TV in the kitchen, mini PC for surfing on the Internet, Alexa Show 15 and Sonos Sound System with Alexa music. In the entrance area, there are two wardrobes with an umbrella stand and a shoe cabinet, which also functions as a bench. The guest toilet also has a first aid kit with disinfectant. In the stairwell, two fire extinguishers are divided into the floors. Smoke detectors are located in the stairwell, living room and bedroom. First floor is the living room and a storage room, which can only be used by the owner. The living room has the following amenities, 50 "Android TV with Ambilight, Nintendo switch, Fritz telephone for the German mainline, board games, books, children's toys, sofa bed for two people, a small wardrobe, massage chair and Sonos sound system with Alexa music. The second floor consists of a bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, cupboard shelves, a hair dryer, washing machine and Sonos sound system with Alexa music. A laundry corner is located below the bathroom window from the outside. In the bedroom consists of a box spring bed 1.80*2.00, a wardrobe, a cupboard with drawers and small fans, Android TV. Our house is located on the city center of Zell and only 50 m from the Moselle. Public free parking is available on the Mosel bank at the old train station.
