Authentic Thatched Cottage on Wild Atlantic Way. Has clear views of Killalla Bay. Only 2 km from the lovely village of Enniscrone and it’s beautiful beach.Cottage has Wi-Fi and smart TV in both bedrooms . It has been restored with authentic fixtures and furnishings and has a warm cosy feel inside.Our aim is to keep the authenticity as much as possible inside and outside and hope our guests appreciate this is the experience we hope for them. The space The cottage has been lovingly revamped and brought back to life over a period of time .It is not a modern contemporary property and we wanted to maintain the authentic old style feel and charm of staying in a traditional thatched cottage like this. Some of the interior furniture and fittings reflect this . However ,it has some contemporary comforts like WiFi, modern kitchen and smart TVs to make guests stay as comfortable as possible. Guest access There are old sheds to the side of the property which are out of bounds for guests. There is a lawn to the side of the property which can be used by guests who may wish to sit out and enjoy the fabulous Killalla Bay views and sunsets. Adjoining fields around the cottage boundaries are owned by local farmer and out of bounds for guests . Other things to note Please note the entrance to cottage is very close to the busy Wild Atlantic Way road. Take extra care driving in and out of the property bearing this in mind.
