Nice cozy chalet on Lugano lake!

Enjoy staying in our cozy chalet only 30m from the lakeshore. Our chalet is located in the typical Italian International Sport Camping in Porlezza (Italy). 500-meter beach, mountains + lake views, a big swimming pool (summer period), and other facilities will make a great vacation for couples and families with children. The chalet can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully furnished and equipped. The space The bungalow consists/includes: * 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. * 1 bedroom with bunk bed, one single bed, and wardrobe. * Baby bed (camping bed) and baby chair. * Cozy living room with fully equipped kitchen (for 5 persons) and sitting area. * Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. * Large covered veranda with a big table and cozy garden sofa. * Satellite TV with Dutch and international channels. * Including duvets, pillows, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, complete kitchen inventory, etc. * Portable BBQ/grill. * SUP (Stand Up Paddle). IMPORTANT: You need to bring your own bed linen, duvet covers, kitchen- and bath towels. Otherwise, you need to rent these things at the reception. WIFI: There is WiFi in the chalet (connected via mobile internet of Italian SIM card). TOURIST TAX: Local tourist tax to be paid on reception - 1,- euro per day per adult (from 14 years old). CAR PARKING: You can come by car directly to the chalet to for loading/unloading luggage. The rest of the time, the car should be parked in the parking. There is a dedicated place for the guests of Berlino 7 chalet in the camping parking. In Berlino 7, we have permission to host animals, pets fee is euro 3,- per dog per day (to be paid at reception). The camping covers an area of 11,000 m2 and has the following facilities: - Great pool complex with two large swimming pools, 3 slides, a children’s pool, hydro massage, and a sun terrace (open from beg. of June till beg. of September); - Playground; - Trampolines; - Mini Football Field; - Discobar (open only in July-August); - Reception, (Italian, English, German, and Dutch languages in the season); - Restaurant/pizzeria (also with a takeaway); - Camping supermarket; - Café/bar/ice cream; - Children animation (July- August); Guest access The chalet is "yours" for the time of your stay. Please read the file holder with Instructions for the use of gas, electricity, and other which is available in the chalet. Other things to note After your reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to inform us of your email address, phone number, car license plate, names, and dates of birth of all fellow travelers for check-in and camping administration.
