Look for us as TOVIGO RENTALS! Apartment located in a traditional neighborhood of Guadalajara, close to the most emblematic tourist attractions of our city, such as the cathedral, Hospicio Cabañas, including social and nightlife. Comfortable rooms, the 2 bedrooms have air conditioning; 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed, dining room, kitchen, living room, internet, WiFi and Smart TV. Follow us as @brillantegdl on social media   The space Our building, remodeled in June 2021 with Industrial Art, was carefully redecorated, rebuilt and above all made so that guests have an incredible experience. We are very close to different areas of the city from the modern area, the cathedral and the Gothic temple of the El Retiro neighborhood, the old area and the spectacular Jalisco stadium, where the legendary Guadalajara chivas played. The building was decorated in conjunction with specialists, artists and creatives where we created a UNIQUE space, the brilliant condominium is by far an artistic jewel that will give a new life to the El Retiro neighborhood. A 12-apartment building located in El Retiro, one of the 7 typical neighborhoods of Guadalajara, Jalisco. The building was 100% remodeled, with the project completed in June 2021. All the facilities are new (electricity, hydraulic network, gas and fiber optic internet) and of high quality to provide great satisfaction to the inhabitants, residents and guests who come to live in it. It consists of a semi-basement level where the parking for 10 vehicles is located, 3 levels of apartments. We do not have an elevator, the property is not wheelchair accessible. In the semi-basement level, we have the reception, a storage room, and the laundry room. The parking lot has 3 murals that you can photograph by the artist “Joseph” José Castillo, who was inspired by the industrial and colorful culture of the city to make these works of art. APARTMENTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 ON LEVEL 1 To access level 1 of the building from the parking lot's semi-basement, you have to climb 16 steps. There is no elevator. Apartments 1 and 2 have a window overlooking the street. As soon as you enter the apartment you will find decoration and oil paintings by the artist José Castillo, inspired by the exterior decoration to create an integration in the interior with the exterior. Decorated in an industrial style, with ironwork elements, it has a living room, a bar-dining room, a full kitchen with a refrigerator, water purifier, coffee maker, microwave, a gas grill and the necessary utensils for cooking. It has 3 televisions located in different places in the apartment, connected directly to the internet to provide connection stability. It has only 1 bathroom and is located in the center of the apartment. The 4 apartments on level 1 have a service patio. Electricity (not including the use of air conditioning, which has specific rules of use and collection), gas and internet services are included. Internet available via fiber optics. Trash must be placed in the semi-basement level in the area assigned for it. The parking lot has a height of 1.90 m or 6.2 ft so vehicles with excess dimensions, campers or trucks cannot access. MAIN BEDROOM The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, mini-split with A/C and heating, and a closet. You can connect from your room via ethernet cable or wifi. It has a private bathroom inside the apartment for the 2 or 3 bedrooms (depending on the apartment you have booked, if it is 2 or 3 bedrooms) SECONDARY BEDROOM The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, mini-split with A/C and heating, and a closet. You can connect from your room via ethernet cable or wifi. There is only 1 bathroom in the apartment and it is outside the room. Apartments 1 and 2 have a window facing the street. It has a private bathroom inside the apartment for the 2 or 3 bedrooms (depending on the apartment you have booked, if it is 2 or 3 bedrooms) SINGLE ROOM (Apartments 1 and 2) The single bedroom features a single bed, a ceiling fan, and a mini-closet. You can connect from your room via Wi-Fi. There is only 1 bathroom in the apartment and it is outside the room. Apartments 1 and 2 have a window overlooking the street. It has a private bathroom inside the apartment for the 2 or 3 bedrooms (depending on the apartment you have booked, if it is 2 or 3 bedrooms) KITCHEN It has all the accessories for cooking, plates (small, deep and large), cutlery and pans. It has a stove with 4 burners, a coffee maker with a plastic filter for ground coffee, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. It also has a water purification system exactly the same as that used by large reverse osmosis bottlers so that you always enjoy drinking water. It has a mini-split with A/C and heating. LIVING AND DINING ROOM It has a living room, on one side is the bar that is an industrial style furniture and functions as a bar-dining room. BALCONY (APARTMENTS 5, 6, 9, 10 ONLY) Smoking area only with the balcony door closed and overlooking Brillante Street. PARKING Parking is available, subject to availability, which you will be able to use 24 hours a day during your stay. It's important to note that the parking lot is 1.90 meters or 6.2 ft high. Cars and SUVs allowed, no large trucks or campers allowed. INTERNET Our service is through fiber optics which provides us with stable internet. We design smart connections in the apartment so that if you want to work connected by cable, you can have a more stable connection, by means of an ethernet cable, these connections are in each bedroom and another in the living-dining room. The entire building has internet available from the reception, laundry, and common areas.   Guest access Guests can enjoy the neighborhood, getting to know the typical food of the area, easily accessible in the area, since the neighborhood is full of shops and places where you can buy groceries, basic products for cooking, etc. You can find fruit, vegetables, meat, fish in local markets, such as El Retiro market, just a 5-minute walk away or Juan Álvarez market, an 8-minute walk away. The area is accessible for walking, near the apartment you can take the bus that takes you downtown (the routes can be found on the internet). PARKING The building's parking lot is located on the semi-basement level, that is, half a level below the sidewalk's surface, and is accessible and free of charge for all guests. You can only use 1 vehicle per apartment and per reservation (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY WITHOUT HOST RESPONSIBILITY). That is, if there is no place inside, you will not be able to have a place to park your vehicle. The height of the cars must be less than 1.90 meters high. Please ask if your car fits in the parking lot due to the dimensions. Cars that are easy to park are small and medium, vans and trucks cannot access. We have free public parking a five-minute walk from our building if you prefer to park in a larger area. We're here to help! MI MACRO CALZADA It is accessible so that you can walk 10 minutes from the articulated public transport “MI MACRO CALZADA”, which will easily take you to the city center, places like San Juan de Dios, Centro Joyero, Hospicio Cabañas and museums, or in the opposite direction to easily reach the Guadalajara Zoo or the Selva Mágica amusement park. MI TREN LINEA 3 (Train) If you want to see the new and technological electric train “MI TREN LINEA 3” you can walk 15 minutes to the CETRAL LA NORMAL station and in the same way move around the city and see ZAPOPAN, GUADALAJARA and TLAQUEPAQUE by this means of transport and if your final destination was the new bus station, you will get there. MI MOVILIDAD You can walk 5 small blocks down to Avenida de los Maestros, where you will find the routes that will take you to different points in the city (the routes can be found on the internet), you can use the map applications and find the best way to get around. Get to know new places, neighborhoods and enjoy the city. IMPORTANT PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFORMATION. As in any city in the world, we recommend that you take care of your belongings, do not make your cell phone visible, do not wear jewelry or have your wallet in the back of your pants. It is important that you always have your belongings visible to avoid unforeseen events. We recommend leaving your IDs in the apartment in a safe place, as well as taking a photo of your passport or ID if you are going to use public transportation. To use public transportation, you can buy cards to top up your balance. It's a prepaid system and you can use all public transportation. Additionally, we recommend that you bring coins with you to pay for transportation, which generally costs $10 pesos, in case the prepaid system is not available at that time, as buses do not give change. The cards are purchased at OXXO stores or at ELECTRIC TRAIN stations. UBER, DIDI, TAXI You can use these apps to use safe public transportation. If you need a taxi, you can ask the condominium staff to help you order a safe taxi. Other things to note POLICY OF RESPONSIBLE USE OF ELECTRICITY, we ask you to turn off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment, to use them with a temperature between 20 and 24 degrees Celsius, do not force them to use them 24 hours so that we do not have to raise our rates. Do not put toilet paper, feminine towels, garbage, or any other object in the apartment's toilet (toilet, toilet). For those who previously stayed in our building, we inform you that WE NO LONGER HAVE A POOL, so we do not currently have pool service.
