Every room has a king size bed, premium sheeting, and Turkish towels. A/C units & ceiling fans are in every room. We are kid friendly, and provide top stair gate, pack and play, books, toys and a play room. There is a studio apartment on the first floor which you could also rent to accommodate at least 2 more guests. It is listed separately on airbnb as "Casita Vela". Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Which is 5 bedrooms, and all of the common areas pictured. There is a separate apartment on the bottom floor, which may be occupied. You share the driveway only. Other things to note This is not a party house and you must always respect the neighbors. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and we want to keep it that way. No loud music outside, or late at night. This is strictly enforced. *There is a separate apartment on the bottom floor, you share a driveway with those guests, otherwise there are no shared spaces.
