Cosy & bright studio-EU quarter

Big and luminous studio located in the heart of the European Neighbourhood, just 40 m away from Parc du Cinquantenaire and 500 m away from the European Commission and the European Council. The space The place is filled with good energies, warmth, and cosiness for you to immediately feel at home. It is a lived-in space, meaning I have recently moved back in. My personal belongings are there but I can always make some space in the wardrobe for you. The entire 45m2 studio is all yours during your stay. You won’t have to share any space with anyone besides the elevator with the neighbours :) This is an ideal space for you to stay, may it be for business or to explore the city and its beautiful green areas just around the corner. A highly equipped kitchen is available to you with all the necessary kitchenware, which includes a stove, oven, microwave, a dishwasher, and all the necessary spices for you to cook with. A small balcony is also at your disposal with its little bench (no smoking inside the apartment, please). The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine. Note that there is no longer a desk but there is a rowing machine if you feel particularly sportsy. Also, if you are here for a longer stay, you can sign up to the gym downstairs called 'ANIMO'. Contact them to check out their 'pay-as-you-go' options (and their brand new coffee spot!). There is a possibility to obtain a pre-paid parking card at a very low price to park outside. Let me know if you need any. But there is no private parking. Also, I have just adopted a puppy. If you don't have any allergies, then this space is for you to enjoy :) Guest access The entire apartment and balcony are all yours. Other things to note There is a security camera in the building's entrance and a few stairs leading to two small elevators.
