Kids/Dog friendly Malvern house

(No cleaning fee) Note also - I don't have a dog but do have a dog run, down the side of the house with a lockable gate. 100m from train (~20 mins ride from city); Coffee shops and parks in walking distance; Close proximity to Freeway (but not so close that it’s loud) meaning it’s easy to get anywhere; Supermarkets also just around the corner; Bike tracks as well if you know where to look :] Finally - we also have a trampoline... Other things to note King sized bed, in the master bedroom.
